Time For A Change

We’re always amazed by the complete transformation that occurs both inside and out when a woman gets a good makeover. Besides, you will be amazed at how great you feel when you start taking pride in your appearance. It’s a confidence that exudes in every aspect of your life – from work to home to your social life. People see it and they respect and admire you for it. Whether you’re a student or a mum, trust us when we tell you – the benefits of dressing like you care far outweigh the cons.

So you may be asking yourself, how do I make this a reality when I only have ten to fifteen minutes in the morning to get ready? Well there are several ways to address this. The first step is simply doing your homework – understand what colors work best for you, shapes and styles, and dress for the occasion (http://www.youbeauty.com/body-fitness/dressing-for-your-body-type). Also, don’t make the overly trendy or trying too hard mistake. Although you do want to be stylish and stand out, not all styles work for everyone. For example, if you have wider hips, skinny jeans and fitted dresses may not be for you. Instead, try boot cut jeans and skater or fit and flare dresses. If you have a short torso, a peplum top may not be suited for you. If you’re conscious about your size, chevron or diagonal stripes may work better than horizontal stripes. The next step is quite simple – if rest is important to you, then go to bed a little bit earlier at night so that you give yourself the necessary time to put some effort into your look. You can also plan your outfit ahead of time, iron if necessary and select accessories and makeup that complement your look.

And remember, dressing up does not have to break the bank especially with the number of great online options that exist today. Finding amazing fashion at affordable prices is no longer a feat. Dressing like you care commands respect in the workplace and has the added bonus of keeping your significant other intrigued. You’ve gotten the ring and you think it’s over…wrong!!! Creating chemistry takes work and wearing sweatpants every day fails to excite. We all have responsibilities to take care of but you’re worth it - invest the time.  Looking put together communicates that you have a firm hold on life, are a success and a real force to be reckoned with. The truth is that first impressions last and the wrong one can be a deal breaker in your professional and personal life!

It's about time.
